Cory Reinhard Scores First Career Win

 

Modified racing was back on the Tri-Oval Tuesday night at Randy’s Raceway and Reinhard Racing continued it’s strong season this time as Cory Reinhard scored his 1st career Modified win. Cory scored 2 segment wins, and no less than  19.24 on the other lanes to hold on to a close win. Cory held off Point Leader Mark Williams by 3 pieces of track, and Randy Haydt by 9 pieces of track to score a well deserved win. Mark scored 3 segment wins to finish 2nd, and seemed to run better once that rug was removed ! Running beside Mark, it was Randy Haydt who scored 3 segment wins to finish 3rd.Toby Reinhard looked like he was on his way to his 1st Modified win as he scored 4 segment wins on lanes 1-4, finishing 4th, his 2nd Top 5 finish of the season. Toby was only 7 pieces of track ahead of Scott Bender who collected his 4th Top 5 run of the season rounding out the Top 5.

6th – Bryan Kisthardt ( 2 wins ) / 7th Brian Sponagle / 8th Billy Decker ( 1 win ) / 9th Ed Kenderdine / 10th Jim LeVan ( 1 win ).

 

TRI-OVAL TANGLES:

With Reinhard racing Toby and Cory picking up wins, good to see Savvy running better and nearly getting that 1st segment win just missing by 1 piece of track. Good run by Ed Kenderdine as he picked up his 1st Top 10 in Modified action finishing 9th, running a back up machine from Billy D.17 racers were in pit area. Cory’s win makes him the 10th different winner this year so far. Berks / Lebanon Modified Series race at Woodland Raceway, Oley Pa practice at 1pm racing at 2pm.
