Levan, Haydt Score Tuesday Wins

Jim Levan scored his 1st Cup win of the year Tuesday night running on the Short-Track. Jim won 4 segments on way to the win. Shane Hiester turned in a solid run winning 2 segments on lanes 1 & 6 for a runner up finish. Just 2 pieces of track behind Billy Decker scored 2 segment wins turning in a good 3rd place finish. Randy Haydt had his 2 race win streak snapped, but still turned in a consistent 4th place finish. Sheldon Hiester also was very steady as he closed out the top 5.

Randy Haydt Scores 1st Sprint Win

The sprint cars ran their 3rd race of the season and Randy Haydt scored 4 segment wins on way to the win. Just missing a sweep of the night racing Jim Levan scored 4 segment wins for a 2nd place finish. Sheldon Hiester won 2 segments coming home 3rd. Shane Hiester turned in a good 4th place run. Billy Decker scored his 2nd straight top 5 finish to close out the top 5.

Close Cup action as the top 5 were seperated by less than 3 laps. Shane Hiester scored a win on lane 1. In Sprints Randy’s win was the 3rd different in 3 races. His yellow tires and green car has him in the early lead for best appearing Sprint. Mark Williams Cup car with the Purple body would be leading the Cup class but has not yet ran it.
