The Cup point title and season’s final race were on tap for the 8-lane Super Speedway. It was a fun and crazy night of racing as Shane Hiester started off the night winning 6 segments on way to his 3rd Cup win of the year and a share of the NASCAR point title. Shane edged out brother Sheldon for the race win by less than 1 lap. Sheldon scored 3 segment wins for a strong runner up finish. Only 10 pieces of track behind Mark Williams turned in a solid run winning 2 segments crossing the line 3rd. Bryan Kisthart scored his best Cup finish winning 1 segment for a 4th place finish. Corey Bailey also turned in his best Cup finish, winning 3 segments for a 5th place finish.

Toby Renhard tried a different set up, but it did not get through Tech, Toby didn’t have a rear tire on ? Mark Williams practiced with the beautiful purple Cup body but decided against running due to the new lettering that was just put on it. Sheldon Hiester Scores Third Sportsman Win
The night cap was the next to last Sportsmen race of the year and continuing with this weird night Sheldon Hiester scored 5 segment wins on way to his 3rd checkered flag of the season. Mark Williams finished off a good night; winning 2 segments turning in a solid 2nd place finish. Corey Bailey also capped of a good night with his season best finish including 3 segment wins, finishing 3rd. Jim Levan scored 2 segment wins on the inside lanes to finish 4th. Shane Hiester scored 1 segment win on way to a 5th place run.

Sportsmen Stuff
Nice to see the Barlets back and running good. Dennis just missed out in top10’s in both divisions. Dakota turned in a great 7th place finish and Denise with 2 lead laps finishes for a 12th place run. With running the double show thanks to everyone for his or her help in getting the racing done in a timely manner.
