It was the final Cup race of the season on the Tri-Oval, and Bob Amore turned in his 1st win of the year. Bob scored 5 segment wins becoming the 5th different winner in the 9-race season. Early season winner Jim Levan turned in a good run winning 3 segments to finish 2nd.Scott Bender turned in a season best 3rd place finish scoring 3 segment wins. Sheldon Hiester registered his 5th top 5 run of the year to finish 4th. Shane Hiester finished off a strong Cup season winning 3 segments to finish 5th.

SHANE HIESTER SCORES 2ND SPRINT WIN
The sprint cars ended their season on Tuesday night with a very competitive finish. Shane Hiester scored his 2nd win of the year winning 5 segments edging runner up Jim Levan by 2 pieces of track. Jim scored 5 segment wins, for a 2nd place finish, only 5 pieces of track ahead of Sheldon Hiester who won 4 segments, as he ended the season with his 5th straight top 5 finish. Bob Amore turned in a steady 4th place finish. Nick Wummer scored a career best Sprint car finish with a 5th place effort.

CRASHES AND CHECKERS
Good to see Brian Vanbuskirk get a good 7th place finish in Cup action and scoring his 1st segment win. Despite trying to move the walls back on the Tri-Oval with some major crashes Nick Wummer scored career best finishes in both Cup and Sprints. Randy Haydt was also very consistent with 2 crash outs in each race.
