Mark Williams cruises to a convincing NASCAR win on the Tricky Tri-Oval at Randy’s Raceway

Champion driver Mark Williams is on cruise control so far in 2019, Mark cruised to a very strong Nascar victory on the Tricky Tri-Oval on Tuesday, October 15. Mark was perfect on the night winning all 6 segments scoring a strong 120 laps and only de-slotting 6 times on the way to the victory. Mark is forcing everyone in the pit area to raise their game this season. Finishing a strong second was track promoter Randy J. Haydt. Randy won 4 races with the Danica #7 machine on the way to his strong runner-up spot. Corey Reinhard fresh off his Modified feature win from the week prior scored a strong 3rd place finish. Corey won 4 races on the way to 3rd place. Veteran racer Jim Levan finished 4th, Jim was very strong all night with a new bright orange NASCAR body while winning 4 races. Rounding out the top 5 was Tom Wenner rebounding from a horrible finish the week before in Modified. Tom did not win any segments, But was consistently running on the lead lap on most of the lanes.

John K. Finished in 6th place, Billy Decker 7th, Mike M. 8th, Scott Bender 9th, and rounding out the top 10 was Toby Reinhard.

Tony Z. was 11th, Mike Fitzy was 12th, Chris B. was 13th, James H. was 14th, Brian V. was 15th, Robert L. was 16th, Larry S. was 17th, and Joel was 18th.

Tri Oval Rumblings:

Another strong field of 18 racers in the house. All racing action was completed by 845p. Congrats to the racers and officials for continuing to run efficient shows this season. Congrats to TJET Ace Hiram Durant for his Nostalgia and Super Stock Victories at the ECHORR Challenge this past weekend. Congrats to Hiram and Randy & the Victory Team for finishing 2nd in the team events. Congrats to Spoons, Jim Levan and Tom Wenner from Team BBT Jets finishing in 4th place in the team events. It is super cool to see our Tuesday Night racers doing well outside of racing at Randy’s. Congrats to our Randy’s Executive Chef, Robby London – The Dude rocked the challenge with superb catering for the racers on Saturday. The Tri-Oval continues to be challenging for the racers – Team Decker struggled with Chassis, Gear and Nub issues, Other racers have had a challenging time the past 2 weeks getting their cars to hook up on the Tricky Tri-Oval.
