It was race 3 for the BLMRS on the 8 lane fast track at Randy’s Raceway. In the Big Block opener Mark Williams turned in a near perfect run with no fall offs, Mark scored segment wins on lanes 1 – 4 than added 2 mores segment wins on way to his 1st BB win of the year and 2

nd career win. Randy Haydt ran that mean looking “Chucky” machine to a strong 2nd place run, scoring 1 segment win on lane 8. Toby Reinhard scored 2 segment wins coming home 3rd, it was his 3rd straight Top 5 finish. Scott Bender and Cory Reinhard tied for 4th. Cory had a steady run of high 19’s, while Scott scored 2 segment wins. Jim LeVan was 6th scoring 2 segment wins. Billy Decker was 7th scoring 2 segment wins. John Kosmoski was 8th with a segment win Tom Wenner was 9th and Savannah Cunnius finished 10th.

Completing the “Sweep” Mark Williams scored 6 segment wins on way to his 1st SB win. Mark’s win was by only 29 pieces of track over Toby Reinhard who scored 2 segment wins to finish 2nd, his best SB finish this year. Jim LeVan scored 4 segment wins to finish 3rd. Bill Rowley scored 2 segment wins on way to a strong 4th place finish. Randy Haydt scored 1 segment

A very competitive Series has no repeat winners after 3 races. It was good having John Kosmoski, Tom Wenner and Mike Fitzgerald making their 1st starts of the season. Our youngest racer, 7 year old Austin Yerk who did a great job for his very 1st time with no crash outs in any of his segments. THANK YOU goes out to Linda and Billy Decker for all the fine food they provided it was greatly appreciated.
