Doubleheader racing action was on tap on Saturday at Tim “ Little T’s ” Bowers Raceway and with a season high of 17 racers filling the pit area Randy Haydt turned in a sweep on way to the win in the Modified opener. Randy’s close win was only 5 pieces of track ahead of Mark Williams who scored 5 segment wins for a good 2nd place finish. Bill Rowley scored a steady 3rd place finish, scoring 2 segment wins. Tim ” Little T ” Bowers scored 2 segment wins including a win on lane 1, to finish 4th. Gary Hetrick had a good run scoring 2 segment wins to round out the Top 5.

Tim “ Little T “ Bowers Sweeps to Cup Win
Tim ” Little T ” Bowers turned in a sweep on way to a convincing win in the NASCAR event. Cory Reinhard continues to have a strong Cup machine, he scored 2 segment wins on way to a good Runner Up finish. Capping off a good day Gary Hetrick scored 1 segment win on way to a 3rd place finish. Dave Fitzgerald scored 1 segment win to come home with a 4th place run. Rounding out the Top 5 Jim LeVan scored 3 segment wins to finish 5th.
6th Mark Williams ( 1 win ) / 7th Randy Haydt ( 1 win ) / 8th Bruce Komaldi ( 1 win ) / 9th Toby Reinhard / 10th Dave Koehler ( 1 win ).
