SHANE HIESTER GETS 1ST BERKS SERIES WIN

by Scott Bender

Shane Hiester scored his 1st career B.C.O.S. win on Saturday at RMS Motorsports Speedway.

Shane won all 8 of his segments, and had only one come off on way to his win. Kenny Gilmore also turned in a perfect day winning all 8 of his segments, but had two come offs in the second part of the tie breaker giving Shane the win. Sam Heller continues to get around this new oval winning 7 segments to come home third, only 9 sections of track behind. Making his first appearance on this new oval was Billy Decker turning in a good fourth place finish. Despite having a bad day starting by trying to find my car, Scott Bender some how won 1 segment to finish fifth.
6th Bob Amore, 7th Randy Haydt, 8th Sheldon Hiester, 9th(tie) Rich Schmidt and Bob Zelano.

HOTLAPS: Thanks to Michelle and Rich for suppling food for the day. The top 5 cars passed in tear down.

NEXT RACE: SATURDAY NOVEMBER 22 MONKS TRACK at RANDY’S RACEWAY IN KUTZTOWN .
