It was opening night for the Modifieds at Randy’s Raceway as a strong field of 19 racers signed in, and Shane Hiester turned in a strong performance winning 3 segments on way to the win. Shane’s win was less than 1 lap over Mark Williams who scored 1segment win to come home with a good Runner up finish. Trailing Mark by only 20 pieces of track, Sheldon Hiester scored 2 segment wins on lanes 1 & 2 to finish 3rd. Only 1 piece of track behind was Eric Beard who scored 3 segment wins for a good Opening night 4th place finish. Closing out the Top 5 Corey Bailey scored 2 segment wins on way to a steady 5th place run.
