Bryan Kisthardt drew the # 1 pill and did not look back after that as he turned in win # 4 of the season. Bryan scored 2 segment wins on way to a close win. Only 25 pieces of track behind, Jim LeVan who scored his lone segment win on lane 8 but was consistent all night with a 14.13 his lowest score, it was Jim’s 6th Top 5 finish of the season was 2nd.Toby Reinhard continued his strong season scoring 5 segment wins, his best Modified run of the year turned in a fast 3rd place finish. Bryan Kisthart won his second straight Sprint Feature at Randy’s Raceway and moved into the point lead.  The victory was a tough one over a field of 14 fast Sprinters.  BK won 5 segments and three other strong runs to complete a hard fought win.  Second spot went to Mark Williams who ran off a string of 5 segment wins in a row from lanes 2-6.  Third went to defending Point Champ Scott Bender who won 3 segments in his familiar yellow car.  Fourth was Randy Haydt who had one segment win and had to work through issues after a hard crash in lane 2.  [Read more…]

TCS Racing was in the winners circle with win in the Modified Feature last night at Randy’s Raceway.  We have all watched Cory grow up into a fine young man and a very good racer.  He has improved every year and capped it off with a great run on the Tri-Oval last night.  Team Reinhard had 3 fast racers in the field and after a tough week for Dad this win had to be extra special.  Just glad I did not have to ride home with Cory after that one.  Hopefully Toby and Savvy could stand it.  Way to go Team TCS we are all very proud of Cory.

Modified racing was back on the Tri-Oval Tuesday night at Randy’s Raceway and Reinhard Racing continued it’s strong season this time as Cory Reinhard scored his 1st career Modified win. Cory scored 2 segment wins, and no less than  19.24 on the other lanes to hold on to a close win. Cory held off Point Leader Mark Williams by 3 pieces of track, and Randy Haydt by 9 pieces of track to score a well deserved win. Mark scored 3 segment wins to finish 2nd, and seemed to run better once that rug was removed ! [Read more…]

Brian Sponagle won his second NASCAR Feature win at Randy’s Raceway on the Tricky Tri-Oval.  The first win was last season on the Tub Track road course. Spoons won 4 segments as he narrowly beat Randy Haydt by only 4 pieces of track.  Close racing all night prevailed with many torrid battles.  Eight different drivers won segments.  For Sponagle who is quickly becoming the driver to beat on the Tri-Oval this win follows up his impressive win 2 weeks ago in the Berks- Lebanon Series race.  Haydt ran off 4 straight segment wins on lanes 2 through 5 to earn his runner-up spot and now has a share of the Cup points lead.  Third spot went to Jim LeVan who won 2 segments and looked really fast all night.  [Read more…]
