Attention all Racers,

   Partially due to the lack of email response and mostly due to the scheduling conflicts throughout the year the Berk’s County Oval Series will be postponed for this season.

  I would like to thank all the racers who have supported the Berk’s Series, especially the track owners who opened their doors for us to race on a Saturday afternoon.

  By no means is this the complete end of the Berk’s County Oval Series. If the number of interested racers grows for next season I will be happy to schedule, organize, and promote the Berk’s Series again.

Going into the 1st season of racing on the new oval at RMS it was anybody’s guess on who would find the best setup on the new track. Sam Heller scored some pre-season summer wins and continued to turn in dominant runs during the winter season on his way to the title. Sam tallied 6 wins and finished in the top 5 all season, as he had to hold off track owner Rich Schmidt by only 10 points. [Read more…]
